At this time, the layout for these items are specific to Vistaprint’s specifications. Vistaprint uses dimensions that are not the industry standard so if you choose to use a different printer, your items may not print properly and possibly result in a poor finished product. Uploading your files to Vistaprint is your own responsibility. These design templates have been tested and successfully printed using Vistaprint. If an error occurs in printing, it is your own responsibility. You must upload the PDF files to ensure the correct resolution and quality. Moo also has specific dimensions but you can shop around to see if your designs will work elsewhere.
14. Why did you choose Vistaprint? Why did you choose Moo?
The price point as well as the fact that they sell and ship to both Canada and the US.
Moo provides Square Business Cards, which I wanted to provide. Plus they're super luxe and eye catching.
15. Where can I download FREEBIES?
Go to www.rgb-creative.com --> S&D tab --> Freebies --> Password is rgb
16. I don’t know how to edit the FREEBIE files. Can you tell me what software to use?
As much as I would love to help each and every one of you, I simply can't offer training or guidance on how to personalize these designs.
17. I don’t know how to print the FREEBIE files. Can you tell me how to print them 2 to a page?
It's a matter of printer settings so it depends on your printer and if the option is available but some printers allow you to print 2 to a page. Check out your printer settings for your options.
18. What are the instructions to print out the other LIMITED EDITION designs? (Not all of them are live on the site or offered at the moment).
Thanks for ordering these printables. I hope they make your event extra special :) Please feel free to post pics on the Stylist Designs by RGB. I would love to see how they turned out for you! Attached are all the elements on a multi-page pdf. The cupcake toppers need to either be punched out with a circle punch, scalloped punch or cut out with scissors. I've written instructions for each. Let me know if you have any questions.

When placing your order for the RACK CARD with Vistaprint, just find the RACK CARD option and upload a custom design. I've attached a generic backside PDF because I don't think it let me go to the next step without adding a back side so it's here if you need it. I think on the next step after, you can choose to print it without the back side. I am pretty sure that there's no extra charge to print the back in B&W.

I recommend printing these on 8.5x11 card stock. They come two per page (5x7 each). I have mine sent to Staples or print from home, depending on how many I need. Please let me know if you have any problems filling out the editable portion. This also allows you to alter the 2 paragraphs at the top if you need to change that text. If you have issues printing these from your home printer, go to this page to trouble shoot. It could be that you need to update your printer drivers to update for the latest Acrobat 9. http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/troubleshoot-pdf-printing-acrobat-reader.html
If sending to a printer like Staples, some of you have reported that everything prints except the text you added into the editable portion of the pdf. I'm not quite sure why this happens except it might be a security measure for them. If this happens, they will need to follow the instructions below if their default printer settings are not set to this - you might have to as well if you're experiencing this same issue with your home printer.
To Print editable PDF forms:
-Click the Print button , or choose File > Print.
-Choose a printer from the menu at the top of the Print dialog box.
-In the Comments And Forms menu in the upper-right area of the Print dialog box, choose the following, and then click OK:
(Interactive or flat form) To print the form and the typed entries, choose Document. This option prints text you’ve typed using the Typewriter tool.
As a last resort, have them print the PDF as an image by choosing "Print as Image" from the "Advanced" window in the Print dialog box.
How do I email the Editable Invitations?
Take a screenshot of just one of the invitations (since it comes 2 per page), it will email just fine. I suggest zooming into the image slightly so it's bigger than 100% (maybe 150-200%), then taking a screenshot of one of the invitations (again since it comes 2 to a page). If you don't know how to take a screenshot, try googling it. It will be different a process depending if you have a MAC or PC.
How do I print the non-editable Invitations/Flyers?
These were designed so you can print them from your very own printer or you can take them or upload them to any copy center of your choosing. You must bring a copy of or upload the PDF files to ensure the correct resolution and quality.
